i think it's extremely flattering and a cool look which is why she does it, but it makes people go "SEE SHE IS ON DRUGS SEE I SAID SO" which is sort of dumb
I'm assuming you meant the girl with her in one pic.... I think that's a model Lindsay's friends with (can't remember her name). I think it's the same girl in this pic with Lindsay.
I love Lindsay's outfit 7 I love her -- but seriously, this trend of makeup for her is not flattering. Look in the 2nd picture; the orangy-gold eyeshadow makes her eyes look dark, like worn out dark, not sexy dark. She needs to ditch that shade of eyeshadow and do something like taupe or a brownish shade if thats the look she's going for, not orange.
her n her friend's oufit looks cheap and unflattering, but i do love her makeup-this look doesn't make her look like a druggie unlike the other events...

it is seriously getting old. This one is better than the GOLD SHIT around her eyes but it isn't doing anything flattering, that is for sure.
